For several years, Multi Bookbinding has automatically provided its printing clients with a layout/template in PDF format alongside their quotations. This technical drawing, generated by the company’s ERP system, ensured file compliance but remained static, with only measurements adjusting to different formats. Until now, the database structure did not allow the drawing to be dynamically adapted to the specific dimensions of each quotation. Faced with this technological limitation, the team undertook a major development initiative to deliver a more advanced and responsive solution.
