We bind books and we are looking for people with an interest in paper products. The tasks include sorting printed sections, assembling printed sections and packaging the finished product. Some tasks are done with machinery and others are done manually.
Entry-level position offering many opportunities for advancement for more technical positions on specialized equipment.
Experience in manufacturing: 7 to 11 months of experience
Required skills: good manual dexterity and can work quickly. Ability to work in standing position for long periods.
Written and spoken language: French
Salary: day shift $16,38 per hour and evening shift $17,38 per hour
$200 premium every 400 hours worked at this position.
Weekly schedule: 37,5 (possibility to work overtime)

Setting up and operating cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, laminators and book binding machines and perform basic bindery tasks. Some training will be available for specialized equipment, but you should have a basic understanding of the process.
Work experience as an operator: minimum of one year experience
Required skills: good manual dexterity and can work quickly. Ability to work in standing position for long periods. Ability to read and understand production instructions. Mechanical skills and attention to details.

Salary: $16,64 up to $31,79
